Everyone was knowledgeable about Boots products and answered my questions with ease. Very friendly and showed genuine concern for me in making sure I got the product that suited me. Henita was the lady that was with me for my Varifocal fitting and I couldn't of asked for better service. I have email reminders regarding my appointment which is a really nice touch. The appointment didn't feel rushed and the optician took his time explaining the process and gave his opinions on what type of glasses I would need. I recently went to Spec Savers and by far your staff's friendliness and care exceeds theirs 100%. I left the store confident in my prescription, smiling and happy with the banter and conversation I had received throughout my visit. The Manageress of the store also verified my measurements which I was very impressed with and like the rest of her team was very pleasant and committed to making sure I had what I needed. Boots may be slightly more expensive but it is indeed true what they say - you get what you pay for! Please on my behalf will you pass on my heartfelt thanks and make sure to congratulate them on their customer service (they did you proud as a Company). Just a final point and this is more around policy than service, I was uncomfortable with the disclaimer I had to sign. Maybe it was the wording but I felt it personally intrusive being told that Boots may source information about me.
