Staff were really friendly. The children were spoken to in a friendly manner and were made to feel like individuals. The staff spoke to them directly and not over them to me which was really lovely.

I was very pleased with the way the staff looked after me. Mr Numan Khalid did my eyetest and he was very thorough. Kate was very good and explained everything to me about what I wanted from my glasses. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend this opticians.
