I was a bit hacked off to be honest. My wife called into Boots and asked for an appointment for me for a contact lens trial. It was only when I turned up (after rearranging childcare etc) that I was subsequently told that I would need an eye examination too. But not there and then as I would have thought, but at a later date! Why would you let someone turn up for contact lens trial and send them away again? You really should tell people at the time of booking if an eye test is required so that the two tests may be booked at the same time - that would make much more sense. Not happy!
