The level of customer service provided by the assistant Lorraine when choosing my glasses was great, she was very attentive and helped me to choose the right pair for me. She then discussed all options available on the different types of lenses. I found her to be very friendly. The optometrist was great and conducted my eye test thoroughly and also answered the concern I had in a calm and structured way. Boots is by far the best Optician I have used and I have used a few before. The level of customer service definitely is exceptional compared to experiences I have had with other Opticians. I would definitely recommend Boots to family and friends.

Visited the Braehead Branch yesterday and everyone was extremely helpful! Jillian the optician was very nice, took her time to explain things to me and made me feel very at ease. I felt that I was more than just a patient, and that she actually cared about me. All of the staff are a credit to Boots!

I have been a patient of Boots Opticians for a long long time and have always found the Optometrists to be fully attentive and have my eye care at the forefront at all times. When my usual Optometrist, for my contact lenses, left the practice last year I was a little concerned as I thought she'd got to know my "eyes" and issues relating to them, quite well. However, since my first visit with Amar he has listened to my contact lens issues (due mainly to my dry eye condition and now with the added problems of "age" ie reading prescription changes now creeping in too) to try and help me get the best possible solution. He has recently recommended a Multifocal lens which he thought would be ideal for me AND so far so good - it appears to have resolved all my issues and I am delighted with them. Amar was very helpful from my first consultation with him and nothing has ever too much for him to try and get the right and most suitable lenses/prescription for me at this time. I would highly recommend both Amar and Boots Opticians Braehead for their great service.
