I have been a boots reward scheme member for a few years now and find no reason to change at all. Always great friendly service and advice regards the health of my eyes. I don't mind the extra travel to my boots optician which isn't in my local town as I always enjoy my visit and the service is very good as always.

The optician herself and the assistants were very friendly and relaxed. The appointment was not rushed and they took their time with me despite the shop being busy with other people clearly waiting to be seen. The tests were completed thoroughly and I was talked through my options in great detail which was excellent as I have just recently needed glasses. All the tests were explained to me and what they were testing for etc and I was allowed to see images of my eye on their computers to further explain all the tests. Fantastic staff
