I made this appt as I was fed up been sent the wrong prescription, I am a member of the reward scheme and the last 3 deliveries have all been the wrong prescription with my left contact lense!! So iv paid £24 a month for for 3 months for 1 eye as the right lense was the only 1 correct!! I returned the wrong lenses to the store and due to my lenses being toric they are not a stick item so had to wait for new 1s... but when they came in they were wrong again.. this scenario happened on another 2 occasions, so I took the step of making an approach to get my prescription sorted and hopefully it wont magically change without my knowledge this time!! Fingers crossed!!

My daughter is 15 and has learning difficulties. The Optometrist was so nice and treated her with the utmost respect and directed questions in a way she could understand rather than directing the questions at me. I would not hesitate in returning for a further eyetest when needed.
