Amar who did my eye test was fabulous he was very professional and made me feel at ease. Jon then advised me in contact lenses again the service was second to none once again. Both are a credit to your store and their profession.

Been coming to boots Opticians for a number of years now and can honestly say I'd never go anywhere else. I am always treated with the care and attention that I'd expect from boots, and what struck me the most on this visit was on how the woman conducting my pre check already knew what I had taken the last time I visited. Very clever. Beth was the young woman who did all the pre checks, she was lovely and it really surprised me to discover she had only been working there less than a month. I recommend to all my friends and family to come here as they are always friendly, professional, and reassuring in their aftercare.

Taken on time for my app. Staff very attentive and friendly, explained every aspect of the tests that were being carried out. I also noticed that this care and attention was also given to the other patients waiting for Eye Tests. The consulting rooms were well equipped and roomy. There was no pressure put on me to purchase new glasses there and then (which I like as it gives time to browse the large selection that is available). I also liked the fact that as well as the prices of frames, there is also a large and clearly printouts of all the additional charges for the different type of lenses available. The only improvement for me would be a better laid out waiting area.

Amar was fantastic. I had an eye infection which required antibiotic drops which he gave me a prescription for and set up an after care appointment. The drops did the trick and his helpful, friendly manner made a not so nice appointment, pleasant. Great opticians, great team. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
