When i arrived the optometrist was friendly and easy to speak too he introduced himself and made me feel welcome and at ease. He answered all my questions which made me very confident in his opinions. I normally hate an eye test as my eyes tend to water and go blurry but he gave me time inbetween tests to allow my eyes to settle which really helped. I will be recommending this optician to friends as he is a credit to your store excellent customer service and a lovely person.

The optometrist was excellent and not only suggested a different type of contact lenses but also showed me eye drops. I didn't like all the staff milling around the desk when I got there for my appointment but I did manage to get my appointment changed to 15 minutes earlier as there had been a cancellation.

I took my little boy for his first eye test to boots in Braehead,he was very apprehensive as he didn't know what to expect but he was quickly put at ease by the friendly staff who greeted him on arrival in particular Victoria. We had some tests done before the full examination started and my son enjoyed being made a fuss of by Victoria who quickly won him over. I have to say I was very impressed with the extensive eye test that was performed by Alex and how personable he was with my son. At the end of the test he ended up not needing glasses but we tried on some of the glasses anyway there was a great selection of frames, I would definitely come back here and fully recommend this store.
