I had my son and daughter on back to back appointments. There was a 45 minute wait for the second part of my son's appointment for the peripheral vision test. The equipment for the peripheral test was causing a bottleneck as it appears some people can take a long time at this machine. It sounds like there may need to be an additional machine to prevent such a long wait in future.

Friendly welcome and explanation of what would happen before we saw the optician. Every step of the examination explained as it was carried out. Optician was the same one I saw last year which made it easy to talk to her. All staff helpful and polite.
