The assistant who recommended different type of frames i.e. Metal not plastic as due to my perscription would possibly cause problems with my lenses was very helpful and seemed understand what the problems have been with the last two prescriptions I have been given. This is now the third pair of lenses I am being prescribed since sept 2016 as each new lenses having been causing me great difficulty reading my laptop for work and causing eye strain and headaches. So I am now waiting new lenses and frames as was advised to get metal frames not plastic. To make matters worse when I got my new perscription in sept 2016 from you I gave the perscription to Asda to make me sun glasses as boots did not have frames I liked. So I now have sun glasses I can't wear due to the perscription being too strong that you gave me
