The experience was seamless. Booked in and was taken through some questions by the lovely Victoria. She was polite, attentituve a daughter had a nack of putting me at ease. Victoria kept me informed at all times, especially appreciated during the puff of air test. Was then seen by the optometrist Jill who I'm sure I'd seen once before when I had hurt my eye. She was lovely, had a fantastic manner and came across that she cared. Both ladies an absolute credit to your company. My prescription hasn't changed however I decided on some lovely rayban non prescription sunglasses instead.
