Taken on time for my app. Staff very attentive and friendly, explained every aspect of the tests that were being carried out. I also noticed that this care and attention was also given to the other patients waiting for Eye Tests. The consulting rooms were well equipped and roomy. There was no pressure put on me to purchase new glasses there and then (which I like as it gives time to browse the large selection that is available). I also liked the fact that as well as the prices of frames, there is also a large and clearly printouts of all the additional charges for the different type of lenses available. The only improvement for me would be a better laid out waiting area.
