I couldn't make any recommendations to improve the already great, consistent, friendly & genuine care my whole family receive at the Boots Optician & Hearing clinics/departments. I have never come across any member of staff who is not friendly, polite & happy to help, be that with an enquiry, making an appointment, having tests carried out, selecting glasses-with NO hard sell, something I REALLY appreciate! Please keep up the good work, thank you.
