I needed urgent attention on a busy Sunday afternoon. The attention I received at every stage by all staff was excellent. I was advised that I would see the same optometrist (Jane Anderson) at my follow up appointment which was very reassuring because she was thorough, very competent and efficient. I knew that I was in good hands. My follow up appointment was handled in the same manner and the care and attention was second to none. I also appreciated Dylan's time and patience when selecting new glasses.

The experiences I've had at Boot's Opticians, have been consistently good. This is is why I choose to have my eyes tested/ specs renewed, at Boots. The price of a new pair of glasses always seems a lot, though this relates to choice of frames also, but I note the encouraging offer, extending for a period of 3months after purchase, of an extra pair at half price.

Great service provided- very thorough and detailed, every aspect of eye care covered with clear explanations given. One of the results of a test was slightly below normal so Melissa arranged straight away for a more detailed test- no waiting around- very impressed.
