Although the appointments were running late, they apologised and assured me I would be seen shortly. My optician (Jane Anderson) was really lovely, friendly, professional, reassuring and felt genuinely interested and caring. She gave me a chance to ask questions and see my retinal images. Thank you for a great appointment!
