Everybody was very professional, yet friendly and welcoming. The eye exam was very thorough and everything about the state of my eyes and eyesight was explained to me clearly at each stage of the exam.

Phoned regarding lenses, able to accommodate an appointment quickly to allow lenses to be given. Very professional and polite team members.
Also very supportive when I ran late for appointment.
