As I attended the appointment it became apparent the reminder I received saying an appointment was necessary was sent in error, I had been for my check up in July. It also became apparent that the lenses I should have received at the end of October were sent to the wrong address even though I changed the address months ago! Luckily I had spare pairs, the optician also gave me a set when I was there however it was all a little inconvenient.
