I was seen by so many people it got quite confusing. I think my optometrist's name was Chistina. She was the one in a white coat whilst the others were all in the smart Boots uniform. I was allowed to choose the frame I liked but think some extras were added to the lenses just because I had them last time not because I needed them now. It would have been helpful to have had some discussion about the likely progress of the cataract in my left eye. I suppose this is impossible to forecast.
