I arrived 10 mins early as instructed but was not seen for some considerable time after my appointment time.I was told staff shortages to blame.Optician was professional but the eye exam was very rushed.Making decisions throughout when ssked would have been much more comfortable and possibly accurate if the examination was done at a slower pace.It was quite stressful because of this haste throughout..Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful . However I may not have my next eye test at Boots.
