The lady and gent who checked mine and my daughters eyes were brilliant and some of the staff were great however there was one woman who was very rude and abrupt and if looks cook kill me n my children would no longer be here everything else was fine x

The staff were very helpful and were kind enough to assist me in choosing my new glasses. Not happy that a lengthy field vision test had to be repeated 3 times due to a lack of printer paper but that is a minor detail. Overall very happy.

Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dealt mainly with the Ass manager (sorry forgot name)who walked us through every stage. Her help was greatly appreciated.
