from entering the door to leaving , i was treated with respect and polite kindness ,the young lady who tested my eyes was asian i think ? she was brilliant explained every thing in detail, gave me a thorough eye test an check, sorted me extra pair out, couldnt fault her or the service an staff in any way, 5***** all round , thank you , ps, have checked my prescription ,the young lady didnt put her name on ?

The instore experience was great. The car park, not so good. While this store was Dollar and Aitcheson I never experienced any parking issues however yesterday the place was full and I had to wait for someone to leave before I could park. Fortunately I was 5 minutes early for my appointment so had the time to spare otherwise I would have been late. I know you are making plans to try and combat this and hope things are better on my next visit.
