Arrived & stood at the desk to let them know I had an appointment but all the staff were busy with other people. Went and sat down, still no one came to ask if I'd been seen. 10 minutes after my appointment time I accosted a member of staff to say I was there for an appt & the time, she said she'd be with me soon. Once I'd been booked in everything was fine, very good service - but they need more staff!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and very pleasant and friendly. Lisa in particular was very friendly and helpful. She helped me choose my glasses and sunglasses & as I was spending quite a lot of money she sorted out the bed possible deal for me and gave her recommendations on which lenses I should have to suit my prescription and requirements. Looking forward to collecting my glasses
