Very friendly and efficient staff. Free parking is an advantage. It was unfortunate that the optometrist was unable to access and view my previous retina photos to compare. Also this site were unable to access the frame stock that is available at the Frenchgate site. I understand that this is due to the fact that these sites operate on a separate system as one used to be a D & A outlet.

I have been using this optician practice for many years and have continued to do so once it became Boots optician . Because the excellent care and good customer service has continued under Boots . Two years ago the optician at this practice altered me to the eye condition Glaucoma. I am very grateful for this as this eye condition has a better outcome if detected early and treated . The optician in this practice is very experienced and knowledgable about eye health and this is a great asset for this businesse .
