The appointment was easy to arrange, the appointment itself was wonderful with everybody being helpful and friendly but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP SENDING ME LETTERS AT HOME ABOUT ARRANGING APPOINTMENTS OR THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING WITH VOUCHERS ATTACHED, your marketing dept are driving me INSANE with the amount of letters. I got the message, I made the appointment, I have MANY vouchers to use now so ENOUGH!!!
