I was totally impressed by boots after been recommended by my mum and grandma, all the staff were brilliant. A lady came and greeted us and spoke to my daughter at eye level which is important for her. The optition was very informative and was brilliant with Heidi. I have had a bad experience at specsavers hence my visit to you which clarified my daughter didn't need the glasses prescribed. I will be moving all my other children to boots from now excellent service.
