I always ask to see the same optician Mr Brand as I feel more confident with him doing my eye examination However when we collected our glasses a week later both my husband and myself were not happy with the assistant who fitted our glasses. She was extremely loud. All the store could hear her she was very opinionated I don't believe she knew how to be discreet if you wanted to discuss a problem. She was forcing her opinion on me and in the end I asked to speak to an optician just to get his opinion which I trusted more. I will not deal with this person again.
