I would like to thank all the staff at Boots Craigleith Opticians for all the time they have given me and my family over the last few months. After going to Boots Opticians to get my own glasses I came back with two other family members who had both struggled with their glasses prior to going to Craigleith. I can't express enough how happy both myself and family members are by the experience we received from all of the Boots Opticians team at the Craigleith store!!! We were all delighted with our glasses, and the team were even able to help out with problem with contact lenses that my relative had. Nothing is ever too much for the team and I can say it is a pleasure going to pick glasses with them. Claire and all the team are there throughout your whole customer journey, giving exceptional customer service throughout. Both Ross and Sylvia made picking glasses (normally a very difficult and dreaded task) easy with their excellent recommendation, they really knew the glasses on selection which made whittling down the glasses a lot easier. Martin, the optometrist, was very professional and took time when carrying out the eye examination. He also made great recommendation based on all of our lifestyles and hobbies which was fab! We all came away with the Boots Protect Plus Blue, which since I having I would never go back to normal lenses. I know if there was ever a problem with my glasses, I would be able to rely on the team at Craigleith to get it fixed quickly and efficiently. There is no where else I would go to get my glasses, after the first glass service myself and my family received from the team. Thank you very much for all the hard work you've put into me and my family. I will be back again soon to get some sunglasses for summer! :-) Olivia Evans
