great friendly service

From start to finish the experience was painless. The girl who helped me pick glasses was fabulous too she also remembered me from my last visit. Nice touch. There was no pressure to buy anything too expensive.

was very happy even tho it was running late I was informed about this and was given an apology a few times. This makes a difference as you dont feel forgotton about! Staff were lovely.

I booked an eye test and contact lense check up at the same time. Martin ran through all the tests, was very personable throughout the tests and answered all the questions I had. Any organisation is only as good as its staff and the quality of care had from Martin and the trainee who undertook my initial assessment was exemplary.

Boots opticians were very helpful. Clare was friendly and funny, and welcomed my child when I came to pick up. She looked up my previous care and made reparations for an error which was not her fault. Martin who did the eye test was great too.

I was taken on time. All staff were helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the service I received. This is the third it fourth time I have been to the opticians and I have always been very satisfied.

I found the service at Boots professional and high quality. I felt Clare and Ross were patient with me, explained everything eg: how to care for glasses and were very friendly and approachable. I felt I had lots of options to choose from and got some help picking the right glasses. I'm really happy with my glasses.
