I came into the store with the sole purpose of buying new glasses (I had my eyes tested elsewhere). Upon arriving at the opticians I noticed three members of staff huddled around a desk talking. I was the only customer in the opticians area at the time so I thought one of them would greet me and ask how they could help. How wrong was I!! Not one of them approached me, I went over to browse the designer frames as I intended on spending a lot of money and I was only a mere foot away from them. I could hear their whole conversation and it seemed like they were more interested in talking about their impending night out than actually doing any work. I have worked in customer service for many years and I am quite frankly appalled at the lack of interest these colleagues have shown potential customers. It's safe to say I will be spending my money elsewhere.
