I was greeted immediately with a smile and clear instructions then, seen before my appointment time for routine tests that were clearly explained to me. The optometrist was fantastic. She was extremely thorough, and I didn't feel rushed as my case proved more complicated than expected and she dealt with it calmly , explaining everything to me. I have been going to this branch for many years and now travel across London to go there as their service is always so good. Yesterday's was exceptionally so.

What could be improved is the optician asking personal information in the waiting room in front of other patients before calling me in. I was asked my age if I was paying for my eye test and if nit the reason. I believe that is something to be discussed in private not in a waiting room full of other patients.
