Unhappy about service I'm on clrs get lenses by post and the last 4 times I've been in they have not sorted out the problem so much so I've moved my clrs scheme to another boots branch don't like the manager etc I've always stayed with them even though the service was bad due to the contact lense clinician.

I was booked to see contact lenses lady and ended up seeing someone else not happy with this

Everything is good about their care for the patients, there is nothing to be improved on as they are very good opticians.
