The optometrist (Minal) was very thorough and friendly. Offered great, impartial advice. Danilo assisted me with buying glasses and was extremely patient and helpful. Again I really valued his advice.

Was really impressed with the staff in Boots Colindale. However, when I handed my glasses in for the lens to be replaced, I was told that it would be 10 days before I get my glasses back with the new lens. I think it's totally unacceptable that a simple change in lenses should take 10 days. I rely on my glasses for a lot of things and I am greatly inconvenienced by this long wait.

Moniza was absolutely brilliant and very patient - even though it took me 3 hours to pair of glasses and they had to cancel and order they had put through the system. I absolutely love the pair I have chosen. Thank you Minal, Moniza and Mitesh for helping me choose them. Minal was very professional and conducted a thorough eye test. I had called the branch requesting an emergency appointment for this week but they were fully booked. I was called on Saturday letting me know that there were some cancellations and they could fit me in. I'm leaving Boots Colindale a very happy customer.
