The members of staff who dealt with the contact lens check and eye test were excellent and very thorough. However, I felt that the person whose sole job appeared to be getting me to sign a consent form for marketing purposes a bit of a pointless extra person to deal with. I arrived at the appointment at 1.30pm and was there until 4pm - that's a total of 2 and a half hours to get my eyes checked and order some glasses - that's way too long! I concede that I took a while myself to choose a new pair of glasses but still feel that whilst the staff were very friendly and attentive, the whole process I underwent could have been quicker and more efficient and that some of the issues could have been dealt with by just one person instead of the four separate people I ended updealing with. I would recommend the serviceto others but with these significant caveats. Thanks.
