I felt quite at home from the word 'go'. The staff were friendly, without being over familiar, but importantly they were highly skilled and professional, and explained each step of the way, discussing with me what was to happen, taking care that I was comfortable (had had a fall 2 weeks prior to assessment, and was still bruised!) I left feeling that I had been listened to, and that they had taken good care of me and my needs. I am more than happy to recommend Boots Opticians, and have been doing so since I started visiting my local store.

Staff at the Clydebank branch are so lovely, friendly, honestly could not be more helpful.

The whole experience was easy and stress free, all of the staff at the opticians were helpful, friendly and put me at ease throughout. The service was fantastic and very quick, had everything tested and a pair of specs in my prescription ordered all in one appointment and I only had to wait a week to collect the new glasses which were tested to ensure that they fit me perfectly when I went to collect them. Absolutely no complaints at all and would recommend that particular branch to anyone looking for glasses or to learn more about their eye health.

Was great but was annoying having to go onto the website to book when there's an appointment option on the app. I expect to be able to book and cancel on the app
