I was impressed by the effort the team went to to sort out why my glasses I had recently purchased weren't working properly (poor vision out of 1 eye), after a retest and a change in prescription I am now waiting for the replacement glasses. While I was not happy with receiving glasses I couldn't use very well, the level of detail on the re examination was very good and I am now hoping my new glasses when the arrive will be fine

Poor experience Staff meandering about , phone tuning and ringing and not being answered, to the point I got a headache!!!!!! There were in the region of 7 staff in and thebphone was never answered leading to an uncomfortable visit

The lady that was helping me got asked a question by another customer and then left me waiting!! Think it would be best if they said "just with someone at the moment be with you shortly". Other than that,very attentive staff and very helpful.
