I needed an urgent appointment as I had experienced flashing lights and some floaters had appeared. Sitar very carefully examined my retina under the slit lamp with the lens. She gave me a follow up appointment, with strict instructions to attend A and E if they got worse. And gave me an information sheet. She did another follow up appointment 6 weeks later when she carried out my eye test. I felt she was very thorough. I'm an ophthalmic theatre sister ( hence my avoidance of a and e,) and I was very pleased with the standard of care I received. Thank you.

Always a place I trust to do my eye test but we were really disappointed in the range of children's frames. My daughter has to have new glasses often and new frames are an incentive to wear them and a bit of a treat! For her prescription where she needed plastic frames I was really quite surprised at the lack of choice - only 2 pairs were suitable for her. I may consider going elsewhere to get the frames but still come to you for the eycheck!

All staff were very helpful and polite. They were also very understanding that I was in a rush due to having a young baby at home.
