The appointment system is generally a bit rubbish. Too many people booked in and so it leads to unnecessary waiting times. Phones are constantly ringing in store and it's hard to get served at the counter. Everything seems rushed. Not a particularly great experience.

Quite often delays in answering the phone. Staff very friendly and helpful but certainly very busy. Anna and Jessica gave me super customer service. Need more people to work in a busy store.

I was informed when I arrived that my appointment had been cancelled due to a staff illness. They say they had tried calling me but there were no missed calls on my phone. I checked that they had the right contact number and they confirmed the number was correct.
