I had to cancel my appointment as they were running late and I had to be with my 4yr old daughter who also had an appointment. Her appointment took nearly an hour, which really isn't acceptable. I've now had to re-arrange my appointment so have to get into town again. The staff were really friendly. I feel like they are trying to cram too many appointments in, rather than focus on customer care and timely appointments.
