The service was incredibly slow meaning I was in the store for almost two hours (both eye test and contact lenses check). My appointment was 20 mins late in starting and I had to wait at least 10 minutes in between seeing different people. I also had to prompt someone to go through the contact lense scheme details with me as despite agreeing that was the plan no one came to go through this and take my information which considering I was sat waiting a lot of the time seemed like a huge amount of wasted time.
