I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but I had to wait 15mins at the desk before anyone came to see me (by which time there was a massive queue of disgruntled customers), this meant I was 10minutes late for my appointment. Then I had another 15minute wait as they were running behind. I had to cancel and re-book my first appointment because they were running so late I couldn't wait an hour to be seen. The service is disgraceful - instead of treating your customers like cattle and trying to cram in as many as possible, maybe book in a few less to allow the system to work better, with more focus on the customers experience. My time is precious and I don't appreciate having it wasted in your waiting area. Regards Kat Parmley
