Mrs Bland was my Optometrist and as usual, she was thorough, caring, pleasant and very professional. It is a pleasure to see her each year - she always remembers me! This year my dispenser was Rob. Both my wife and I had new spectacles and he dealt with us both. In every respect he was outstanding and I said to him that my wife and I were so pleased that he had been the person helping us to chose our new spectacles. Without question he was the best person that we have ever had at Boots to take us through the acquiring our new spectacles.

Appointment was fine but admin at desk and on phone is less good. Have had glasses made up to wrong prescription Abd took three visits to sort, and have had postcards telling me I am due for appointments but then when I've gone to bake an appointment have been told not due. This was in the last year but doesn't apply to most recent appointment.

The only improvement would be to cut down the waiting time. My appointment was running 25min late.

All the staff are efficient, friendly and expert in their fields. My optometrist Tiffany was extremely thorough and through her findings has referred me to the Eye Clinic. I am very grateful for her care and expertise.
