Polly D ' Eath was very caring, efficient and gave me confidence for a future decision on new lenses when the time is right. I rate her very highly.

I had my eyes re-tested by boots as I had noticed a change in my eyesight. I have previously had my eyes tested with Boots 5 months ago. After the test I was told that your prescription had dramatically changed to the point where one eye now had perfect vision and the other had sigificantly changed shape. I questioned whether thus was normal in 5 months. The optician said it was more likely my orginal prescription was wrong. When I questioned this with the sales team they said no my eyes have changed so I needed new glasses. Eventually they offered me a 50% discount. Unfortunately I got very upset at the thought of having to pay out for new glasses. In the end they have agreed to re-glaze my orginal glasses at a cost of £25 but unless I pay £70 then I can't have the coating I paid for before. I feel annoyed by the fact I brought glasses 5 months ago believing this what I needed to be told 5 months later that they are not right. Very disappointing
