I always find that the administration side of things is a little bit disorganised but always find the staff very professional and friendly. I may be wrong but I get the impression that the booking and administration system itself (and possible lack of training/information to staff?) is the issue rather than the staff themselves, who otherwise seem excellent. However, with this said, I am a happy customer!
