Made my appointment online so very convenient. Staff always helpful and prompt to deal with you on arrival, even if very busy. Examination on time and thorough. Asked lots of questions, didn't seem rushed. Good recommendations and helpfully will get my new prescription contact lenses before going on holiday. Only less positive aspect - member of staff came into crowded waiting area and said loudly to me 'Now you're 60 you get free tests' Great about the tests but not the age broadcast!

It would have been helpful for someone to read my notes prior to appointment as I had a wasted trip as need an eye test before can check lenses. If I had known this I would have booked prior to lens appointment. Wasted trip.
