the optometrist was absolutely lovely. She put my son (who is 4) at total ease and was very friendly and warm. the way she dealt with him was very refreshing and my son responded to her very well. She deserves a big bonus!!!

Optometrist was incredibly thorough and listened to all my concerns. I have a particular eye problem and the optometrist was very attentive to this when conducting my eye test. The staff in the opticians were also very polite and friendly and I left feeling very happy.

The optometrist was patient and friendly, and she explained everything she did professionally. The only thing is that she suggested me some eye drops that "accidentally" were the most expensive on the shelves of Boots.
