The lady that conducted my eye heath check was very professional and explained each step of the process and outcome very clearly. I thought she was particularly good and made me feel very comfortable. The only negative feedback I have is around the booking process as this seemed to be very muddled with no confirmation initially and then duplicate appointments being given.

It was a very good experience overall. I felt that I had a thorough check up and the optician was clear and precise about what I needed to do and also when she shared the results with me. Felt well looked after and was a big relief to know that my eyes are normal and healthy.
