I was made to feel welcome. The staff were friendly and efficient. The form filling was simple and I was seen on time. The optician was lovely and the exam was thorough and explained perfectly to me at the end. The lady I see when I was finished with the optician was very helpful and friendly. I was very surprised to hear how expensive the lenses I need are, so I was not able to go ahead and order new glasses there and then, plus the small selection of frames on offer in the store meant I didn't find anything that I liked that was within my price range. I asked if they could use my existing frames to try and keep the cost down, but I was told that this was not possible. Had it been possible, I would have been able to consider the expensive lenses.

I was seen to immediately even though I was about 8 minutes early - which was very good and reassuring .

1st visit to Canary Wharf. Warm, friendly and professional staff and would definitely book in sign Abi again. I had some concerned which she managed to give reassurance for. Felt like I was in good hands. Improvement would be that my file had been transferred as the call centre said it would be before my appointment.
