I booked two appointments for me and my husband. When we got to the shop the ladies behind the counter told us that there was only one booking despite my husband receiving a confirmation sms while on the shop and showing the email confirmation. We were told that it was not their problem but head office. My check up was on the other hand thorough and the optometrist was really nice. I refuse to pick up the free pair of contact lenses offered for trial as I don't want to put feet on this shop again ever. Customer service is appalling and no action was taken to rectify the issue. We don't live in Canary Wharf and we travelled there just to have the check up. It has been the first time and I can assure you is going to be the last one.
