Slightly rushed feel about the eye test but I don't think this affected the service It was disappointing to have to have the designer frames unlocked each time I wanted to try a pair on- I didn't feel able to try lots of pairs which I would normally like to do

My contact lens optician is Robert. He is excellent and has helped me for many years. You have a problem with your booking system - I want to be seen by Robert yet the name of the optician was not mentioned when I booked my appointment. The system should be changed to ask who the patient wishes to see. thanks
