My appointment was booked for 10.10am but I was not seen until 10.25am which was quiet annoying. Surprised that such an 'early' appointment was already running late. Not the first time this has happened. Is the amount of time allocated to individual consultations adequate? Perhaps Boots need to review and address in order to ensure that all consultations commence at the duly appointed time.
